In evince help "evince-help→Print→I cannot print a document", instructions are given to change a key in gconf, however such a path is not available in gconf, only in dconf:
/org/gnome/evince/  override-restrictions

Thanks for reporting this, however this was already fixed in September 2011 in https://git.gnome.org/browse/evince/commit/help/C/noprint.page?id=4660519c1720f00cfaff3a3762d55c4d99dcb769 which was way before Evince 3.18 was released in the year 2015?

@freddi: From your Email address I guess you are using the German translation, too. The German translation is broken, but the original one (English, C locale) is fine.
