Description:
on my solaris 2.6 machine, i get tons of compilation errors..... a
couple categories:

1) lines like "#endif __GLIBTOP_MACHINE_H__ should be #endif /*
__GLIBTOP_MACHINE_H__ */
	this occurs in several headers

2) get TONS of undeclared's from #define looking thinks like
GLIBTOP_MAX_GROUPS, etc.  This occurs basically everywhere there is an
"#if SOMEVER <= ???".  Is configure not doing something right, or ?

Sorry, I should have checked before confirming. 89432 mentions part of
this issue, I'll add a note making sure the individual who fixes that
bug, takes a look at this as well.
