explicit control of dependencies ensures reproducible builds: attaching patch for --enable-sysprofd.

Alternatively, I could try to provide a patch or two that also allows building the uis without polkit/systemd: I currently have this in a yocto patch (as its not uncommon to have "embedded" systems where root is the only account), but that patch  is currently not appropriate for upstream ... let me know if this something you'd like to have and I can try to make it more reasonable.

This problem has been fixed in the unstable development version. The fix will be available in the next major software release. You may need to upgrade your Linux distribution to obtain that newer version.
