Spell check only currently applies to the body, not the subject line. We need to hook it up to the same infrastructure as used by WebKit (i.e. Enchant) and have the same settings applied to it.

Looks like gspell provides exactly want for this: a GspellTextBuffer.

Since that's a new-ish library, we need to come up with a story about what do do for older distros, but it's already in Debian testing and Ubuntu >= Yakkety, at least.
