GNOME Bugzilla – Bug 766766
Remember Search results when switching from detailed view
Last modified: 2016-12-08 08:02:47 UTC
Currently, the user enters the search text in the search bar and gets the results in list view. If we click on any entry, we get it's details. But when we press the back button, which takes back to list view , the search text disappears from the search bar and all the search results are gone. It would be quite annoying for the user to type in the search text everytime after clicking on an result entry for it's details and to come back just to find that the search results are gone. So, If the user has entered some search text, it needs to be remembered until and unless he removes it explicitly.
Created attachment 341213 [details] [review] remember search results Don't hide search bar when entering detail view from search results, so we can still go to event list view with search results remembered.
