The information provided was a bit outdated, 
so I've decided to clean a bit the XML and add some extra info.
Now the app should get a better score in GNOME Software and other 
software managers with AppStream support.

It was tested using the command line tool appstream-util:

$ appstram-util validate org.gnome.SoundRecorder.appdata.xml.in --nonet

Please, tell me if something is wrong or could be improved.
