This website is mentioned at the bottom of the plugin’s preferences dialog, in the clickable sentence “Learn more about ReplayGain at replaygain.org”

According to archive.org, it has been a redirection three years before it came down in 2014. The content is now totally unrelated.

The link should probably be changed to something like http://wiki.hydrogenaud.io/index.php/ReplayGain
