Description Marius Melzer 2016-05-10 09:23:07 UTC
I'm running Gnome Shell 3.20.1-1 on Archlinux. Since I upgraded to it, certain visual elements like logos and texts don't get shown anymore after some time. Examples are:

* app logos and names, both in the favorites bar and the Alt+Tab window switcher (always only a few of them, never all)
* time, texts and the "stars" of the password input on the lock screen
* texts (both inside and outside of the input field) on the Al+F2 launcher

After restarting the gnome shell (Alt+F2 -> r), everything goes back to normal. Please tell me how I can gather more information about this! Do you have any idea what could trigger it?

Yes to intel gpu and probably to suspend since I use it all the time.
