Hungarian edition, the budget ("költségvetés") riport submenu missing.

In Hungarian language, the Budget reports missing.
In reports menu (Hungarian "Jelentések" you can see only 4 submenus, the "Budget" ("Költségvetés" - in Hungarian) is missing (see attached file).
I've changed the language to English, and then the "Budget" submenu is appeared.
It is an old problem, I've found this in the 2.4.xx versions also.

Thank you for reporting this bug.

It looks like the code is being picky about the translation of the
menu name "B_udget". The translation didn't have an underscore to
mark an accelerator key.
Once I added this to the tranclation, the missing Budget menu nicely
appears when starting gnucash in the Hungarian language.

This fix will appear in gnucash 2.6.13. You can however already test this
change by downloading tomorrow's nightly build for Windows from
http://code.gnucash.org/builds/win32/maint/
