List rows are rather narrow and there's not much vertical space above or below the lists. This leaves the panel feeling rather cramped. It's also inconsistent with the other panels, which are much more generous (see date and time or power, for example).

Suggested spacings:

 • 40px above, between and below lists
 • 12px below the input sources options button
 • 50px for row height
