Description Albin Otterhäll 2016-04-02 21:29:53 UTC
Easily access to favorites via shortcuts would greatly imporve my - and no doubt many other peoples - daily workflow. I suggest to implement it to mimick Unity (e.g. hold <Super> for numbers, <Super>+{number} to start/focus on application, etc.).

This functionality is today mainly available via the AppKeys extension[1], but it doesn't fully implement Unity's functionality and I think that it's a feature that should be part of the GNOME from the beginning.

For the future I would also like to be able to bind specific keys (e.g. function keys) to favorites.
