the file time is displayed as ''00:00'' for first time audio play

During the first time play of OGG audio file, total duration time of the audio file is displaying as "00:00".
Also the seeking pointer will not move untill it reaches to the end of the file.
During the next play of same OGG file, the total duration of audio file is displaying correctly and the seeking pointer also start moving.

Reproduced this issue in gstreamer 0.10.36 version.

Thanks for the bug report.

GStreamer 0.10.x is a very old previous API version that is no longer supported and has not been maintained for years.

Please re-open or file a new bug if you can still reproduce this with current versions of GStreamer (e.g. 1.8.x), thanks!
