GNOME Bugzilla – Bug 764333
Most of gnome-calendar appears untranslated
Last modified: 2017-04-17 18:20:40 UTC
Created attachment 324966 [details] Screenshot of the problem I tried to run gnome-calendar from the Gnome Continuous image, and a lot of strings on the UI (too many to list here one by one) did not appear translated, even if they are translated to my language.

Looking at the code, I have a gut feeling that this problem is similar to bug 712250 with the ENABLE_NLS variable not being set, yet used in main.c.
Thanks for checking this out. Fixed in master and gnome-3-20 branch.

Checked in todays Continuous image and it's indeed fixed, thanks!
gnome-calendar-3.20.1-1.fc24.x86_64 is still in English.
FWIW file-roller had a similar problem (https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=764342), which was fixed in a different way: https://git.gnome.org/browse/file-roller/commit/?id=60ef92b66fec1ba86736fbe0df1db5b0a28a2d63
Weird, another reboot seems to have fixed the issue. Sorry for the bother.
