Description Jeff Bai 2016-03-29 17:33:55 UTC
Currently Yelp's .desktop contains the following keywords for searching:

documentation;information;manual;

And the result of this is that when you search for "help" in GNOME application menu, Yelp would not show up as one of the results. Which given its name "Help" (well I guess it will work with English locale, but it doesn't work for a zh_CN environment as far as I know), is not exactly straightforward...

My suggestion would be adding the keyword "help" to the desktop (hence as a part of Gettext catalog) and expose it for localization, making it easier to find Yelp when calling for "help".

This sounds like a good idea, so I tried to modify the desktop file but it turns out I have no idea how gettext works. This should be pretty easy for anyone who knows what they're doing.
