Use dogtail's latest commit on master branch

The dogtail is used for some tests in ContinuesIntegration. It has been reworked lately to be Python2 and Python3 bilingual. The changes are over and the master branch's head is stable now.

Sounds fine to me to try!

What's the situation about it? This is crucial to fix all the dogtail-based tests, as well as the https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=763865 bug. I would prefer to use python3-dogtail, but this bug needs to be resolved. There is no reason for this behavior in dogtail's case, it can be actually safer to use latest master, as we fixed some bugs.

gnome-continuous is not under active development anymore. Its codebase has been archived: https://gitlab.gnome.org/Archive/gnome-continuous

Closing all its open tickets as part of housekeeping.
