Description Josef Andersson 2016-03-21 11:08:34 UTC
I have a translation related question regarding

#: ../src/tags/gnome-cmd-tags.cc:191
msgid ""
"One of: \"Password protected\", \"Read-only recommended\", \"Read-only "
"enforced\" or \"Locked for annotations\"."

- should the values themselves be translated also? I.e. "Password protected", "Read-only recommended" and the rest.
Maybe the answer to that could also be added as a comment in the text to translators for future reference.
Comment 1 Uwe Scholz 2016-03-21 20:21:02 UTC
Yes, they should be translated, too.

As I didn't wrote a comment for the translators up to now, where and how would you put it?
Comment 2 Josef Andersson 2016-03-23 21:04:57 UTC
Thanks for the answer.

I don't how the devs usually add comments, if they do it in the generated pot or at an earlier stage.

As the question was answered I'm setting this to resolved then.
