Description Pradeep KM 2002-03-26 04:17:56 UTC
Gnome 2.0 beta 2 built on sun sparc (32 bit) Solaris 9

Description : Show date in tooltip option enabling/disabling does not make
any difference

Steps to simulate :
1. Right click on the clock and goto properties tab
2. un-Check the "Show date in tooltip" option
3. Take the mouse over the clock on the panel

Observed output: The date is still shown in the tooltip even though
it has been disabled.

This has been fixed lately by removing the option completely
