OS X's Notification Center "Do not disturb" switch

Currently we have to go into Settings -> Notifications and switch off "Notification Banners" option to silent notifications.

I propose that we implement a switch inside the notifications popover as an alternative to notification settings. A "Do not disturb" switch is useful, as seen in OS X Notification Center. See attached image for an example.
