No subtitle in the headerbar.

On at least one configuration (the “Big Text” accessibility feature enabled), the buttons of the headerbar finish not-squared, because the headerbar is a little taller than what it should be. That’s partly a gtk+ theming problem, but we can easily solve the problem here by disabling the subtitle in the headerbar.
