Missing hot key for menu

Hello Team,
Procedure to reproduce problem:-
1.Open any application such as Nautilus, Terminal, etc.
2.Press alt+space, it show application menu at top bar.
3.It has the option like Minimized, Maximized, Close, etc.

Issue:-
* These above action should have Hot Key assigned to it, like "x" for maximized, "c" for close and so on.

Can you help me to resolve this issue, so that i could also be able to contribute toward gnome.

I believe that we have decided to not have 'hot keys' in gnome-shell menus. Moving this bug to the right component, anyway.
