Bulleted list is unusable. Every time I press enter the current line is deleted and mode is changed to Normal.

Version:
evolution-3.18.5.1-1.fc23.x86_64

Steps to reproduce:
1. write a new mail message
2. change mode to Bulleted list
3. write something and hit Enter to move to next line

Actual result:
The line is deleted, mode changed to Normal

Expected result:
The line is not deleted and bulleted list continues

It was working fine in 3.18.4
