Description Sebastien Bacher 2016-02-25 15:24:31 UTC
Using current git snapshot on Ubuntu, the reviews seem to be limited to a short list (like 10 entries) with no way to load more. The server has more content and software-center displays those without issue so it seems an issue on the gnome-software side...

Hmm, I don't think there's any hardcoded limit; I think the plugin is the one that defines the number returned at the moment. Happy to be proved wrong :)

I saw that git commit
https://git.gnome.org/browse/gnome-software/commit/?id=a92da2e47478ef9c124367ad2a87efcd3f2375c0

which made me think it was a missing feature, no idea if that's coming from the plugin (like the ubuntu-review one in this case), I'm going to ask Robert about it
Comment 3 Robert Ancell 2016-03-20 20:28:05 UTC
We discussed it at the design level - there should be a button to download more reviews (since it might be inpractical to download all the reviews). It's entirely up to the plugin how many reviews it returns (the Ubuntu plugin current returns one page, which is a maximum of 10).
Comment 4 Richard Hughes 2016-08-15 08:37:00 UTC
Yip, there's a button that the user can click now. In the Ubuntu reviews plugin just load a few "pages" of reviews and allow the details panel to show/hide the AsReview objects itself.
