That's not possible at the moment and I just hit a possible situation that it could be handy.

The AcoustID plugin with duration and chromaprint fingerprint, can provide acoustid-track-id which is a cluster of fingerprints.
This is probably too specific to go to the core but could be very handy for music applications looking for all albums that such music is present, for instance :)
