The "Name" and "Server" labels on the connection properties are ambiguous. To fix this the labels were changed to "Connection Name" and "Server Address".

Also note that we are in the string announcement period, which means that we don't have to ask for permission, but should notify translators by announcing the change on gnome-i18n@gnome.org.
