In the online accounts page, the description string (below the heading) is left-justified. All the other panels used centered justification, as does the heading itself, so it looks inconsistent and a bit messy.

It would be better to center the description.

patch: center justify

This patch center justifies the text, in addition to center aligning it.

Note that the centered alignment isn't actually centered here: the text is too far to the left.
