Using the INTROSPECTION_GIRDIR variable breaks the build of libwnck under a different prefix using a read-only file system — the precise scenario used by xdg-app.

The INTROSPECTION_GIRDIR variable has always been a mistake; libraries should be using their own prefix, not the prefix with which gobject-introspection was compiled.
