There is no French translation for that specific menu entry.  Translation should be:
"Abonnement à un dossier d'un autre utilisateur"

Translation coverage for evolution-ews is simply not 100% for lack of manpower. This menu item is not the only one missing and bugzilla is not the place to work translations. If you want to help, you're welcome at https://l10n.gnome.org/teams/fr/

Also I'm not sure which version you're using and reporting this against, but with 3.20 coming we'll likely not fix it in 3.18 and prior.
