nautilus-link: fix XDG_CURRENT_DESKTOP usage

Nautilus desktop window does not show applications if *.desktop file contains OnlyShowIn or NotShowIn and XDG_CURRENT_DESKTOP contains more then one desktop name.

Attached patch is for git master, but same fix should be applied at least to gnome-3-18 branch too.
