Running evolution-3.18.3-1.fc23.x86_64

The line wrap behavior in the composer is very broken.  I compose plain text emails and the composer has a tendency to leave leading white space and break urls with line wrapping.  These make the composer practically unusable and are serious regressions from previous versions.  I'm attaching a screenshot of the composer showing both issues.  When this email is sent, the received version has both defects shown here.

Hi thank you for your bug report. There are already opened bug reports for the issues you mention.

Whitespace on the beginning of file is bug 750636.

Wrapping URL is bug 757504.
