With git commit b89b2e3214c26f2f50c7963813e3810f3b33ca1d, kernel headers from kernel 3.13 or later are now required to build gupnp 0.20.15 or later, since IFA_FLAGS was introduced in kernel 3.13 (see kernel git commit 
479840ffdbe4242e8a25349218c8e0859223aa35 )


There is no real need to enforce this kind of requirement on gupnp by default. Please allow build on older kernel.
