Description c 2015-12-26 11:59:02 UTC
Shotwell used to recognize my SD cards properly until I upgraded to Ubuntu 15.10

Now when I insert my cameras' SD cards they are not recognized by Shotwell as camera storages and I need to use the "Import folder..." (which lacks many conveniences).
Obviously in my file manager (nemo) I can see the cards & files on them.

Versions tried: 0.22.0-0ubuntu5, 0.22.0+2751~ubuntu15.04.1 and 0.22.0+2758~ubuntu15.04.1

Can you recheck with 16.04?

Alternatively, can you attach the gphoto2 --storage-info --debug here?

Yikes, yet another thing the fresh install of 16.04 fixed for me.

So, works in 16.04 and can't test in 15.10 anymore - should I close?
Comment 3 Jens Georg 2016-04-23 17:24:50 UTC
Thanks for the feedback. I will close it, I assume it was an issue with gphoto in 15.10.
