There's a new widget called GtkShortcutsWindow, which allows you to show a page listing all the available shortcuts for an application. This is a really good way to allow users to learn keyboard shortcuts.

There's a GNOME goal to add shortcuts windows to as many apps as possible for 3.20. It includes guidelines for using GtkShortcutsWindow:
