GNOME Bugzilla – Bug 759336
Missing non-symbolic phone-apple-iphone icon
Last modified: 2020-11-26 14:41:51 UTC
phone-apple-iphone-symbolic icon is already included in the theme, however phone-apple-iphone icon is missing. We use this icon for AFC devices in GVfs. The symbolic icon is properly shown in Nautilus, but shell notification is without the icon... See attachment 317159 [details] (phone-apple-iphone icon is the third). Shouldn't be the icon fallbacked to generic phone icon by default?
As is the case most of the time, the existence of non-generic icons in the symbolic theme was only a temporary work around. I certainly don't intend to add more specific icons into the fullcolor set, but we should perhaps re-investigate if we need to ship all these hacks with the symbolic theme.
