when re sizing the editor window after an image loaded  gimp crashes in 2.8.16
this one is the one which happens, "Problem Event Name'" is "APPCRASH". mentioning an unhandled win 32 exception occurred in-gimp 32.exe[4376]. message also saying about visual studio, but I don't think "VS" is need to fix this. I had installed visual studio previously and uninstalled. This is what happens

I'm not tech savvy, it seems to be in a wrong category, I haven't a found a way to delete this one and I also add this bug in here https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=759326 hope it some what more relevant. Please send this to the relevant category if it is wrong. sorry for the inconvenience.
