While using the wayland compositor in Fedora 23 Workstation edition, if you open the calendar from GNOME shell dates are not correctly aligned with the background, something that does not happen while using X.
I will attach a screenshot of it

It seems you're using a custom gnome-shell theme. Can you try to use the default theme?

Effectively, that was the cause of the issue, I'll report the bug to the theme creator
