This has been reported, but since you were unable reproduce I thought I would leave 
some additional information over what has been previously reported.

I have noticed this happening in 11.2 and 11.2.90.

Pan freezes when using the rewrap button, after copying text from the clipboard into 
the message.  I personally have had this occur only when using Follow-up to newsgroup.  
Basically the routine is click on message in header pane, click Post - Follow-up to 
newsgroup, type some text, copy some text from console, other message or web-page 
through the clipboard, click rewrap.  Attempting to enter more text discloses that Pan
has crashed.
