Description darkxst 2015-11-18 09:13:00 UTC
Currently (atleast with 3.18), gnome-builder is installing docs, gir files and a pkg-config for libide, but all that seems somewhat useless since there are no headers installed.

Is this meant to be a public library? or is it a library that is private to gnome-builder in which case it seems pointless installing the above files?

We are currently a private library, but we do generate docs for those that are interested in exploring the plugin API. It's not ABI stable, so most people are just using it to translate to pygobject in their head.

We will be installing headers for 3.20 as we ramp up the plugin story.
