These are not supposed to be supported by gtk-doc¹

NB there are also some entities and unescaped xml tags in the
documentation for the mir gdk backend. I haven't touched those as I
cannot get the mir backend to build to check the result of any edits I

I missed some in the last patch. There are a lot of " entities in
deprecated/gtkstock.h and one in deprecated/gtkuimanager.c which this
patch does not bother with.

Btw, those little ¹ defeat bugzilla's link highlighing. The look fancy, but are counter-productive. I recommend that you refer to bugs just with: bug 758137
so we can all enjoy a clickable link to the bug...
