Original document containing whitespace

Printing the attached PDF results in an output with missing whitespace between words. See attached resulting PDF when printing to file.

Note that the Firefox PDF viewer shows question marks after each word separator. This is probably causing whitespace to be missing in the printed result.

This was a bug in cairo, the rendering library used by evince. It's fixed in version 1.15.2.

The 'missing whitespace' bug has been fixed, but in new versions of cairo, the PDF export inverts black and white the images. I've opened https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=105294 for this issue.
