you can now unplug hp220, remains in the notfication area even when the device is physically removed

On removing a usb drive/disk, the message "You can remove USB DISK" remains there in the notifications as can be seen in the attachment. This is odd behavior, even when we reboot the system, the notification remains there in the notification area.

On physically removing the disk from the usb port, please let the notification be removed from the notfications.

How to reproduce:

1. insert a usb disk in the usb port.
2. from nautilus, click Eject/Remove
3. wait for the notification to popup
4. remove the usb disk from the usb port.
5. On clicking on the date/time/notification area, The message remains there, even when we reboot the system.

Expected Behavior:
When the device is removed from usb port, let the message be cleared, if not properly removed, it should say, "device did not get removed properly, data could be corrupt..."

Please consider making the notfications smarter.

Thanks.
