Description Jean-François Fortin Tam 2015-11-04 01:12:21 UTC
1. Click the "Other places" (or however it's called in Nautilus 3.18 at the bottom of the sidebar)
2. Click, *in the sidebar*, one of your bookmarks pointing to a SFTP location

Result: the remote share gets mounted but you do not get transported to that location to view the contents. This would be fine if I hit the connect button from inside the "Other places" area, but I actually hit the bookmark directly in the sidebar, so I expect to be taken there immediately. Instead, I now have to click it a second time to go see the contents.

GNOME is going to shut down bugzilla.gnome.org in favor of gitlab.gnome.org.
As part of that, we are mass-closing older open tickets in bugzilla.gnome.org
which have not seen updates for a longer time (resources are unfortunately
quite limited so not every ticket can get handled).

If you can still reproduce the situation described in this ticket in a recent
and supported software version of Files (nautilus), then please follow
  https://wiki.gnome.org/GettingInTouch/BugReportingGuidelines
and create a new ticket at
  https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/nautilus/-/issues/

Thank you for your understanding and your help.
