fixes wrong ipv6 interpretation

Vinagre interprets any host:port combination as ipv6 address and therefor fails to connect to any host with an explicit port definition.

The attached patch changes the parsing as following:

If a host definition contains more than on colon and it isn't already escaped using [ ], add the [ ] characters at the start and the end.

This problem has been fixed in the unstable development version. The fix will be available in the next major software release. You may need to upgrade your Linux distribution to obtain that newer version.
