Gnumeric 1.12.9 crashes sometimes when undoing row insertions or deletions, if some cells have conditional formatting.

Steps to reproduce:

1) Open gnumeric, select cell B1, add conditional formatting as follows:
   Condition: "Cell value is = x."
   x: A1
   Edit style, select background color, ok, add, close.
2) Ctrl-C on B1
3) Ctrl-V on B2
4) Select row 2, "Delete 1 Row"
5) Undo -> crash

The attached test.xml file was saved after step 3.
