prices for newly inverted currency pairs aren't found if there are older prices

Created attachment 313782 [details] 2 prices (0.nn and 1.nn) and gets the wrong one if an exchange rate pre 2.6.9 was lt 1 and is now gt 1 new prices are ignored in favour of the last 2.6.8 price. attached are 2 tiny books that show this A has 2 prices (0.nn and 1.nn) and gets the wrong one B has 1 price (1.nn) and gets it right

I don't think this was the correct duplicate target.

Indeed. It would be very odd to have a GnuCash bug dupe a GIMP one! Thanks for fixing it.
