In optimization-guide/C/index.page the address to the FSF is included: "Free Software Foundation, Inc., 59 Temple Place - Suite 330, Boston, MA 02111-1307, USA."

This is an old address for the FSF. It changed some years ago and is no longer at Temple Place.
