Please set up 2016.guadec.org.

It should be a Wordpress instance, which can be a clone of 2015.guadec.org (in fact, that would probably be quite helpful). In the mean time, guadec.org should be updated to redirect to 2016.guadec.org

2016.guadec.org is up, 2015.guadec.org has been archived and made available as a static copy of the 2015 website. 2016.guadec.org is a perfect copy of this past year edition, same set of users, same set of files, same set of configuration parameters.

Let me know if anything is not working as expected.
