Wallpaper SVG, rendered with rsvg-convert -h 1200, 2.40.9 (correct) and 2.40.11 (wrong)

Arch Linux recently upgraded librsvg from 2.40.9 to 2.40.11.
With this change, rendering using rsvg-convert broke for my automatically generated wallpapers.

rsvg-convert seems to calculate wrong image bounds when specifying a custom height (-h option).

In my particular case, and in the supplied attachment, -h 1200 was used:
rsvg-convert -f png -h 1200 -o <output-file.png> <input-file.svg>

Without the -h switch rsvg-convert works correctly.
