Description Daniel Aleksandersen 2015-10-09 14:23:19 UTC
Windows clients. Love ’em, hate ’em: We all still have to deal with them. It would be great if I could use GNOME Boxes to connect to Windows system over Remote Desktop Protocol. Support for RDP exists in GNOME Remote Desktop Viewer (Vinagre) so hopefully it would be possible to share some code from that implementation?

As I understand the promise of GNOME Boxes is to provide one interface for all virtual and remote machines. For anyone with one or more Windows systems in their lives, that either requires RDP support or extra configuration and maintenance of a VNC server on each Windows client.

Thanks for a great app, and I hope it will become even more useful in the future.
