Wth the move to csd, the 'flash window title' option for the visual has become a bit pointless, since the window manager doesn't find a titlebar to flash in csd windows, so it always flashes the entire screen.

I would suggest to reinterpret this as 'flash window' for csd windows (if we have a wm titlebar, we can continue to just flash that).
