Pango uses the HB_VERSION_ATLEAST macro, but it was only defined in HarfBuzz 0.9.29 : see http://cgit.freedesktop.org/harfbuzz/commit/src/hb-version.h.in?id=2b051c6057920c564c13c5d6a3e6dca93446fa12 .

Thus, compiling with an older version will fail.
Attached a patch fixing the problem.
